Sućidar, Split

In Split, Croatia on an elevation among small private houses and in the vicinity of the university campus and primary school, a residential building with eight small apartments (app. 43 m2) was built. All apartments have respective parking spaces and a common area around the building. This building is marked by a simple façade and well-managed area around the building.

Japirko, Solin

Japirko, Solin

The neighbourhood of Japirko is part of the town of Solin with a considerable number of buildings, mostly residential ones, up to five floors high. Our project is a smaller residential building with a slanted roof and two entrances, 22 apartments altogether, with garages within the building and parking spaces located outside the building. As with every other building, in designing this building we again made sure that every apartment has a balcony, and that the area around the building is adapted for children and other tenants.

Arapovac 1, Solin

Arapovac 1, Solin

This residential building in Solin, Croatia is located in the Arapovac area, in the vicinity of the promenade by the Jadro River and in the vicinity of Gospin otok (the Island of Our Lady). The primary school, kindergarten, promenade and playground for children are located in its close vicinity, which makes this location perfect for family life. This project was designed as a small residential building with two entrances and a total of 24 apartments.

The city planners have envisioned this part of Solin as the location for sports activities and events; the construction of a large sports hall has begun, and the construction of the swimming pool is about to begin. Although Solin has all the characteristics of a city, it is still a rather small community where children can grow up in a safe environment, so it is the natural choice for young families.

Arapovac 2, Solin

Arapovac 2, Solin

Arapovac II is the continuation of the Arapovac I project. This is a residential building that resembles Arapovac I even in its outward appearance – a smaller residential building with three entrances, 37 apartments altogether.

In the Arapovac area, these are the only planned residential buildings – the Arapovac area is intended for public and sports activities, and the centre of Solin is only a couple of minutes away by foot.
